Go re-read Grandpa Joe's recent yearly chore. Firstly, tell me what he does (apart from writing his musings once a year) and secondly, tell me what he does (apart from provide moral support to SI - I.e. agree with everything SI says).
Then go through the list of BoDs and list out their workload for the past year. I bet you can't. Start with the one that is based in Switzerland and then give up when you get to SurgCentre guy (because that's just ridiculous).
