When I say news being held back, I don't mean against ASX rules. I'm suggesting that finalisation and completion of activities is held back and timed to better aline with their objectives. Like holding back the final step of contract signing or timing the first CLBP enrolment to fall on certain dates.
Only a theory but there's been significant news just before each of the last AGMs, coincidence?
