Who on Earth could have predicted, after the 9-1 ODAC vote, that we'd be here, nearly in 2024, without an accepted potency assay, and 100% relying on the FDA's willingness to accept after-the-fact data to make up for a dud reagent in the initial aGVHD trial standing as perhaps the only thing keeping us from potentially shutting off the lights?
Feels like a punt to me. And given the FDA's intransigence and heartlessness, a bloody scare one.
