It won’t be Oaktree IMO as they will be kicked to the curb with this raise …. I agree with some things in your previous post however I cannot look past SI & Co. to blame for not having a CLBP (USA) partnership signed before the 2nd PDUFA date in August 2023 or having a CHF partnership deal signed by now ….. and for those who continually claim on here Mesoblast probably turned them down as they were ‘opportunistic’ offers I say how can you say that with a straight face when we are now raising massive dollars at 30 cps where shorts will see another easy exit and LT shareholders will see massive dilution …. look at the situation in its entirety - I would much prefer an opportunistic CLBP USA deal over this desperate CR any day …. Enough said
