Hey omega 3 supplements, fish oil supplements, etc are solid. There's good evidence there.

Depending on the vaccine can cause various side effects, never heard of ocular complications but there's def things like pericarditis and venous sinus thrombosis to consider.
Again, though, as you rightly say Covid has much worse side effects, morbidity and mortality so I recommend the vax
