Michael performed so well at investor relations and BD that he was promoted to Pharma Partnering. Geezuz that's funny!! And he's performed equally as well across all roles bringing a 'less is more' approach to all targets put in front of him.

Imagine how close the company must be to a partnership deal? Really, really, really, really close. Like 'Novartis' close!!!
The company doesn't have 2 year cash currently.
SI has his 90 day at 30c dilution joker card to play. If he waits too long 30c will be considered expensive.
