Not sure Wilba…..but given the way the FDA has laboriously processed our BLA application ….even though we achieved a 9-1 endorsement from their own ODAC committee getting onto 4 years ago now ffs….it might as well have been a WITCH doctor totally ignoring the statement of no doubt a high profile & reputable ‘which’ doctor. I read in an article posted by another ….our EAP began in 2008 and continues today in 2024…..Si clearly embraced the opportunity as a ‘means to an end’ but on reflection it’s staring to resemble ‘a means to the end.’ If the FDA gaslight again with a 3rd CLR….we’ll be likely facing a consolidation of the billion shares on issue….trimmed up to maybe 100 million… then CR to allow the shorting army to again fill their boots with hugely discounted offers….and LTH to continue to never benefit from any form of short squeeze to restore any of the lost value from the past 3 years. We need some good signs soon or we’ll get more of the downhill trend…..
