Meso’s big mistake was NOT to team-up with the enemy ( big pharma-FDA) .
I believe SI had his chance with Novartis but neg failed prob due to ego/ greed.
I also believe the 10 day x 4 pax facility production check was to both to look under the hood and hope to fail them on some process. (Which they failed to find)
MSB now have FDA trapped in a corner of their own making.

Delaying tactics have worked until now. However, next ‘failed’ CRL will be taken to courts.
