Unfortunately the ultimate delay tactic will be a legal challenge….the old chicken arse entity with limited funds vs the regulatory Goliath with a bottomless pit of cash. Even if the first stage is ruled in our favour with costs awarded …well no doubt be ‘appealed into oblivion…’ I believe our best strategy….now fast becoming a survival strategy is to prostitute ourselves with a great & powerful BP friend…..in the final analysis it’s better than zero after the vultures have picked over the carcass.
