I think SI will be the reason MSB cells will get over the line. His conviction , knowledge, tenacity and scientific faith will all serve what is needed to do this. His ability to have financed MSB to 4 x phase III products is a testament to this. An amazing man. Just maybe not the business man in the cut throat world that it is as you have mentioned. He now has Fauci to help fill that gap.
