Hypothetically speaking, if the president's brother did have ARDS and turn to Mesoblast for treatment and was successful, can the president give an executive order (telling the FDA) to approve the MSCs for Covid-19 treatment before 30-Sep-2020? well politically President Trump can claim that American First in achieving Covid-19 treatment and shown his leadership: a win wins situation.
