Hi,
she's not the custodian. But she is the gatekeeper, as far as the regulatory authorities are concerned.
Let me be blunt. She should do her job - the one that she signed up for & (presumably) took money for.
Her 'interest' and 'passion' are imponderables. Look at her actions. Be guided by that.
