To anyone in the know…
In a take-over , what percentage of shares is needed for it to go through 51% ?
Does this mean the offer to the 100% share registry , would have to be enticing enough to get 51%?
It that is the case, if SI and co have 6% and lets say 18% ( totaling 24% , therefore there would be a need to get 51% of 72% of the remainder registry ( SI plus would auto try blocking it )
If i am correct… the offer would have to be very enticing !!
