it's not so much that I have 'faith' in the Board of Directors of MSB as that I believe they're all well aware - in the litigious environment in which MSB finds itself - of their duties as Directors i.e. duties to the company as a whole, being the shareholders as a whole. Enlightened self interest should ensure that each of the Directors keeps shareholders aware of any material matters requiring disclosure e.g. moves toward hostile acquisition.
I'm very certain that the current Chair, Ms Bell, is completely aware of those responsibilities & also the proactive actions that those responsibilities require of members of the Board.
But generally, I do think the Board's actions since 2020 are explicable in a way that's consistent with the best interests of shareholders as a whole. There are things that have happened that I don't like, but that's the life of an ordinary shareholder. I can accept the necessity of them.
And I remain excited for the imminent future of MSB - unlike the stockholders of Gamida Cell, Sorrento Therapeutics, Athersys, Athenex etc. or the '000s of employees laid off by Takeda, Biogen, Thermo Fisher Scientific.
