You seem to be a young man with so much energy to spend on keyboard warrior-ing.

1. Rather than whinging SI is a bad CEO, do you have a list of names that you suggest to take his role?
2. Do the names in your list align with the cost containment and cash preservation strategies that company is putting in place?
3. Do the names in your list have enough knowledge to lead a bio company such as msb?

Personally, I'd be more concerned of bringing in a replacement that is worse than SI.

Unless you can persuade the fellow shareholders (including I) at the AGM there is a compelling name, I'd be reluctant to vote yes to removing of SI. It could end up in a much worse position, just as much as it end up in a better.
