Why would anyone who is interested in an alliance not wait for the actual approval or at least the resubmission before committing? It’s like some guys not wanting to go to the altar. It’s actually very natural.
For the company which seems to be on the cusp of getting recognition from the regulator that it has cracked not only cellular therapy but at the same time a very safe but potent anti-inflammatory treatment for potentially a lot of indications, is there any reason why it would rush to the altar? It has potentially something massive to offer. It can pick and choose a lot of things, including who the partner is.
Why would anyone who is interested in an alliance not wait for...
