What you are saying is that for 20 plus years SI has been stating that he has been negotiating (advanced!!) with Big Pharma, whereas in fact he has pushed the company into carrying 100% of the risk and Big Pharma will wait until the risk is nil. And you are now trying to normalise it.
If FDA approval was the criteria for partnership in the USA, there are 1000 wtf's? And 1000000 ffs's?! If it is the case then we needed none of them for 20 years (except Grossman/Rose and recently maybe Krausse). SI and the rest of them were the expensive 'albatross around shareholder's necks'? Because that is exactly what you are saying.
