You sell MSB & REME gets approved, SP heads north & you resent your wife & seek a divorce.
You hold MSB, US holds its election, REME approved, SP heads north, wife finds MSB $$$$$ very attractive (more attractive than you but not Matthew McConaughey) & wants a divorce & MSB shares.
Mind you, divorce is only half of shares.
Be careful, if your wife suggests visiting a lookout over a waterfall, perhaps don’t go near the edge!
