(a) Refiled BLA - Yes(b) Agreed potency assay aka validated for Ryoncil- Won't get definitive answer until BLA approval(c) Agreed potency assay aka validated for Revascor - This has been shrouded in mystery...(d) Royalty stream partnership for Ryoncil in GvHD ,if approved - well, yes, if approved, but not until then. I also see a partnership for taking Ryoncil international.(e) US CLBP partnership and first patient dosed - Nope(f) First patient dosed no mention of partners - Yes
The big question on my mind is whether FDA will give us a 2 month review.
