Great post @dachopper, but possibly wasted on that one IMO.
Seems more than a little concerned, if not obsessed, by hypothetical data points. ‘Can’t see the woods for the trees’ springs to mind. And a few other descriptors.
Agree re MSB not backing off & deliberately confronting & using the additional EAP data. And using the single donor source & lot in that trial to MSBs benefit to address the heterogeneity ‘concerns’ floated by FDA to ODAC. Clever on MSB’s part.
The best defence is a good offence.
