also incorrect, accumulation requires volume, we have had little to no volume and price is declining very quickly. strong lack of interest and agian broker data shown by PICT suggests pro money are the sellers and retail is buying. This downward spiral is only just the beginning and this so called accumulation is actually distribution unfortunately.
