If new Directors hold shares in the company, I believe they are showing their faith in the future of ZYL and therefore really have shareholders interests at heart.
Currently there are people drawing pay packets and don't hold a single share. IMO not good enough. Mal Clay has certainly invested heavily and it would be interesting to know if he will seek a board position. He would have my vote for sure. I feel if Management/Board had their own money invested we may see better decision because their bottom line is effected. I clearly remember raising the issue of Directors lack of shares 18 months ago on this forum and was howled down. I won't accept that Steve cannot "afford to buy". What type of CFO can't buy a decent parcel of penny dreadfuls. If there is a genuine reason then I apologise.
