ADO in effect got paid handsomely to do the research that resulted in the Atmo POC device partnership , a way smarter deal management have done in a partnership arrangement , this could blow Philip's device out of the water with the new award winning Atmo device on speed and efficiency alone , I also think ADO wanted a better deal and Philips wanted to give very little or only a few cents per test .
