I'm inclined to conclude then, that ESI is simply bound by either DPI or ASX Listing...or Inside Info rules...etc which are pertainent when a deal is still unresolved.

So IMO the Monash deal is still unresolved and its time the deal was CLOSED - i can accept that it may well already be a closed deal already, yett until the ALDP info is grounded/announced they ESI are sitting on their own hands, just bursting with excitement...trying not to wet itself with excitement in the process.

I'm happy to run with idea now, it does make better sense and fits into the real-world logic of the ASX guidelines.

In that way, SP3 might be worth heeding.
He's a somewhat peaced-out chap who has much more at stake than most of us... (why would he be at peace with such a stake to invest?)

So...are you nearly wetting yourself with anticipation of such a pending announcement SP3?
