    Been watching these for a long time.

    Thought it time to pick up a parcel at 18c for a potential rerate.

    I dont particularly care if they buy the BNB management rights and cut the 10c dividend. Either way, with low Japanese interest rates and therefore higher gearing, I think this can rerate sharply on a general REIT rally.
