    Seems the buyers and sellers are more evenly matched today.
    The bidding interest is there but not enough volume for this to move higher yet.

    Best ST result is if large volumes get dumped at 19c and are continually matched with fresh buys. I dont know why the sellers are hanging back today when they were so keen to dump below 19c in prior days.
