Here is a map of the IOH Buckland project and approved roads to East Cape Preston port.

Why would not Baosteel have a scratch in their petty cash tin and make a cash bid for IOH while it is in play - getting an alternative route to shipping compared to their existing Ankatell option which is where?? in the timing.  Needs a long rail line built.
