I am a longterm holder...
Is Rudd going to start handing out cash to projects we deem strategic at a time when the debt overburden and unemployment is crippling the working class...?
It is unlikely especially for the emerging end of the spectrum.
Therefore cash rich countries are the likely alternative and they have the freedom of being able to negotiate what they want as they are in a position of strength which is deserved.
ARU in my opinion have prepared fairly well for the current economic funk and are currently choosing solvency ahead of insolvency while they can.
Hindsight is a destructive thing and I beleieve ARU are looking forward.
