    I believe you or someone else has raised this issue before and at the time I made some enquiries and am pleased to share the following:

    Centrex have already pre-sold 10mt of Wilgerup hematite to the Chinese. Both Shenyang and Baotou are aware of the phosphorus levels and both signed binding heads of agreement covering the purchase of up to 1Mtpa from Wilgerup.

    It is my understanding that the purchase attracts a "phosperous penalty" and that the Chinese intend to blend the ore with low phosphorus ores that they have purchase elsewhere.

    The aim will be to blend BIF derived hematite with dolomite derived hematite to reduce the overall level of phosphorus.
