Lei ...What do you know of the background regarding blackmarket of REE? And current situation.
Are "reputable " companies exporting via Blackmarket with the corrupt knowledge of officials who are paid off or have an interest...or indeed with unofficial back room blessing of the party.
Afterall I dont believe that the Party could give a crap about any area of China that is moonified by toxic waste- Unless it was held by the official or had the same old Family connection crap.
A lot is said by the Party but I dont believe it.
Its all about the money.
I would like to think that even the investors here on HC have a limit cf with the greed seen in recoverying communists.
