There are many different concentrates in the rare earth business. concentrates can come out of Oz at ~40% or they can come out of the LAMP at a much higher number like 90%.

The point is LYC has no market for finished REO's except maybe for Ce oxide which is economically worthless without the higher priced finished products.

Siemens is just one indication of that. All LYC sales go to China, where they get paid next to nothing. That's why LYC quotes the China domestic price now and not the FOB price.

their position is virtually hopeless. I wouldn't put a nickel in the SPP as some are planning to do here.
