Remember the SPP offer could be lower than $5.85 if this is less:
--> the price equal to the volume weighted average price of the shares traded on the ASX for the five trading days ending on (including) 19 Oct.
So ideally it will stay below 5.85 from the 13th October and retail investors will get in even lower than the institutions.
