Hi all,
I was reading the 2018 annual report and i noted in the 5 year plan regarding 'service' - Bapcor plan to go from 124 stores to 500 stores, an increase of 376 or 303%.
Given Bapcor pulled out of the bidding for Kmart Tyre & Auto, I was wondering if anyone has predicted a new acquisition target?
I have briefly started looking into Tyrepower, they have a presence in NZ and Asia and have approximately 260 stores Aus wide & 16 in NZ.
Anyone have any ideas?
