Definitely the cobalt story is gaining traction. The gold chart would not be firing up the bulls today.

CE says there will be a Cobalt supply shortfall of 13,000t by 2018. (See 2nd para in link.)

Among the juniors he likes Formation Metals (TSXV: FCO).
