    Seems to be some action today on the BAR/FIS ann. Both own 50%.

    Interesting that BAR is up 80% so far.... here are a few numbers.

    We might see FIS move up tomorrow when the news hits the press.

    FIS at 12c = Market cap $10M.
    BAR at 5c = Market cap $13M.

    Bar now 9.5c. (Market cap up about $10M)
