Whatever happened then is ten years ago mallis. Since 2007 Barra has a new chairman, a new CEO, and has brought in numerous highly regarded consultants to build its projects. As such, Barra is now a lot closer to getting couple of billion dollars of JORC cobalt and hundreds of thousands of ounces of gold out of the ground than it was back then - and there's a lot more money to be made from gold and cobalt than there is from share price skull-duggery.

In the last few years Barra has driven the Mt Thirsty project, quietly producing a rigorous costed scoping study for what could be the lowest CAPEX/OPEX cobalt project around. They have done no marketing. Meanwhile other ASX cobalt juniors have built fancy websites, marketed themselves as the next big thing, and produced studies with no costings. You're convinced Barra are 'muppets' (or you're simply down-ramping and vacuuming up shares while they're cheap), I'm convinced they're just getting on with the job. I'm really, really looking forward to seeing who's correct on this.
