At 16m market cap, I wouldn't call it pumped. There are many stocks being pumped right now with ridiculous market caps and little validation or genuine prospects.

Burbanks is a potential company maker. I've seen comparisons to Bellevue Gold and while premature at the moment, I don't think they're entirely unwarranted if the historicals can be validated with the 5,000m RC/Diamond drilling planned for October.

The game changer here is FMR Investments Pty Ltd. These were the guys behind Barminco, one of the world's premier underground mining specialists (https://barminco.com.au/). I'm talking about Peter Bartlett, the founder, former managing director and CEO of Barminco. Very few in the mining industry have an understanding of prospective gold deposits and how to exploit them as Peter Bartlett. He sold Barminco to Gresham in 2007.

Peter Bartlett is behind FMR Investments Pty Ltd and founded it in 1989 (Barminco was divested from FMR). What does that tell me as an investor? It suggests Burbanks is a serious project with immense potential and one where Peter Bartlett sees providing ore for his Greenfield's Mill (FMR Investments Pty Ltd wholly owned plant), only 12km away. That means very low AISC and a very profitable mining venture. Hence the JV terms, which I think are excellent. BAR can opt for 20% free carry with FMR Investments Pty Ltd covering the costs, or increase the stake to 50%.

FMR Investments Pty Ltd (Peter Bartlett) are invested in BAR with a holding of 96,691,490 shares or 14.33% of shares on issue. They have an equity stake in the success of BAR -- that makes the strategic partnership all the better! (mutually beneficial)

As someone else mentioned, we also have Jon Young from FMR Investments Pty Ltd as an NED on our board.

It is not just FMR Investments Pty Ltd that is a major holder in BAR though.

Mineral Resources Limited ($MIN) holds 57,142,857m shares for 8.47% of shares on issue. Mineral Resources Limited are a major mining services provider with a market cap of $4.75bn. They provide a whole range of mining services such as; Crushing, processing, open pit mining, geology, drill and blast, load and haulage, etc.

We have a major holder who has a plant 12kms away. Our second major holder provides all the services necessary to identify and mine a gold deposit, including the haulage services to the plant.
