Interesting annual report lots of things for me to think about more on board member motivation that I see as positive and supportive of the company.
For example why would the outgoing CEO stay as a NED without pay. Could it be the options to expire 20 November at 2 cents are an incentive with FMR perhaps deciding to mine.

The board are not being paid, some are on jobkeeper. I think more options will be granted in lou of pay foregone at the AGM. Thats cool with me.

The Broker for this recent placement is issued 15,000,000 options at 3 cents expiry in 2 years. This is a risk reward position but with a lot of reward potential.

Options issued to directors worth $1,800,000 expire 20th November 2020 at about 9 cents. I would expect these to expire but could FMR proceed to mine when the approval to mine is granted.

Major shareholder FMR and JV partner chairman is a director of Barra.

It seems a junglepot of positive vibes and sometimes miraculous things happen just before AGMs'
