Marinate or baste 1.5 kg of chicken pieces in the following:
½ cup of chopped mixed herbs, such as chives parsley rosemary sage tarragon or thyme
¼ cup of olive oil
1 tablespoon of zest
a splash of soy sauce
a splash of sake
A squeeze of lemon or orange juice
2 cloves of minced garlic
½ teaspoon english mustard
Barbecue on the charcoal webber, with the lid closed, on slices of bread or on two layers of foil.
