In a roasting pan mix the following:
2 kg lamb.
1 kg potatoes.
1 kg sweet potatoes.
1 glass white wine.
4 sprigs rosemary.
¼ dozen bay leaves.
¼ dozen cloves press garlic.
Salt and pepper.
Barbecue on the charcoal webber with the lid on.
