Curried chicken
Grille more of less a 1 kg bag of chicken pieces in the oven
Sauce:
Fry one diced onion in a little oil until brown
Add:
two cups of cream
one or two tablespoons of curry paste to taste
a splash of light soy sauce
a splash of sherry
a splash of liquid smoke
bring to boil and thicken slight with corn flour
drizzle on chicken
