Kfc style herb chicken

Mix the following herb and spices:
1 tablespoons paprika
1 desert spoon onion salt
½ teaspoon celery salt
½ teaspoon dried allspice
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon dried marjoram
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon rubbed sage

If grilling or barbecuing lightly coat 1.5 kg of chicken pieces in melted butter or oil and coat with the herb mixture

If frying mix the herb mixture into lightly beaten eggs and coat the chicken
