Barbecue Chicken:

When i was young living in Goulburn I use to buy from the chicken place a similar recipe:

Cut a chicken into pieces:
Marinate in the following:
1 cup pineapple juice
½ cup soy sauce.
3 tablespoons eta sauce.
3 tablespoons brown sugar.

Barbecue on the charcoal webber with the lid on.
