2 tablespoons oyster sauce.
2 tablespoon minced ginger.
2 tablespoons rice wine.
4 cloves press garlic.
2 teaspoon five spice.
A splash of red food colouring.
In a pan or on sliced of bread barbecue in the charcoal webber with the lid on.
