Barbecue Wednesday

Looks a lot like a very young pair of chefs, Pete Evans and Manu Feildel.
It appears that Manu has been to his local butcher for a beef steak, but "Paleo Pete", has got one from a Woolly Mammoth.
Anyway, his meat is bigger than his friends meat. Barbecue day being on the US Independence holiday, and in mid summer, shows that whoever nominated it, didn't really know that it is freezing over most of Australia, and cooking outside is not so great right now in the southern states.

History Of Barbecue Day
First let us begin with a simple definition, what is barbecue? Barbecue is a process by which food is prepared over an indirect heat, and is flavored by the smoke produced by the source of that heat. In that one simple sentence, you begin to get an idea of just how complex the process of proper barbecuing can be. Everything you do when preparing a barbecued meal changes the flavor of the end product.
And it is OK for vegetarians to barbecue as well, and the resulting char vegies, are delicious.
