Barbecue meat with anticucho sauce / baste
In the food processor blend the following:
125 ml olive oil
1/8 to ¼ cup cumin
1 desert spoon of puree garlic
12 gm smoke chilli or jerk seasoning
In a medium bowl combine the following:
The above
225 ml sake
75 ml light soy sauce
50 ml lemon or orange juice
25 to 125 ml rice vinegar
Marinate four serving of meat chicken or seafood or the like, for at least half hour, in the above
Barbecue on the charcoal webber
Baste occasionally
