    Yakatori barbecue:

    Beef or chicken stir fry thread onto soaked skews if desired.

    Baste made by combining the following on a plate:
    ½ cup soy sauce.
    ½ cup water.
    ¼ cup mirin.
    ⅛ cup brown sugar or maple syrup.

    Coat with the baste and barbecue on the charcoal webber, well done on one side and less on the other.

    Tongue:

    Frozen slices of tongue from the Korean butcher

    Coat with sesame oil, salt and pepper

    Barbecue on the charcoal webber, well done on one side and less on the other.

    Vegetables:

    Coat vegetable pieces, with soy sauce and a little ginger and chili and barbecue
