2 chopped tomatoes.
½ bunch chopped parsley.
2 tablespoons tomato purée.
The juice of lemon and zest.
3 cloves pressed garlic.
The chopped leaves of 3 sprigs of mint.
A few pieces of chopped rosemary.
6 anchovies.
Soy sauce to taste.
Sake to taste.
Korean chili paste to taste.
Maple syrup to taste.
Pepper.
Tie.
Barbecue in a roasting pan on the charcoal webber with the lid on until it reaches 60 c.
