If you need anyone to tell you this stock is a screaming buy at this point in time you probably shouldn't be putting your money in the stockmarket.
Then again there were a few sellers this week at 19 cents so they may be evaluating their decisions at this point with some introspection.
No accounting for stupidity is there, it's what makes the market go round :)
