Commencing production within weeks ,nobody will be able to hold it back .
The big buyer is lurking ,but is quite stealthy .They put very little in the depth ,but are there .
Indonesian Tin exports were down in April .The trend is still ,lower supply and higher demand .
Phosphate still being assassed and tied up ,We will just have to wait for that one ,but any positive announcement will send it skywards .
